The Role
Really interesting and important work, lots of great people.
Treated like a member of the team at all times.
Although management are busy, always try to set aside time for you. Everyone is interested in making it a valuable experience
Good balance. Work demanding but achievable.
Lots of responsibility. BP really believes in the capability of all its employees, intern or not.
Theoretical elements seem more relevant since working for BP. Training first class, big committment to your development.

Hard working but knew when to have a good time
Great variety of tasks, good overview of company operations.
BP are committed to constant development, not just for interns.

The Culture
I was relatively isolated from other interns, but still a great social scene with graduates.
Reasonable considering location.
Very good.
Graduate team always keep you busy with central projects and social events.
