  • Really interesting and important work, lots of great people.

  • Although management are busy, always try to set aside time for you. Everyone is interested in making it a valuable experience

  • Good balance. Work demanding but achievable.

  • Lots of responsibility. BP really believes in the capability of all its employees, intern or not.

  • I was relatively isolated from other interns, but still a great social scene with graduates.
