The Role
Everyone I met from the firm was very helpful and always willing to answer questions. Small office so didn't take long to get to know everyone which was a bonus
Felt very welcome,
Supervisors and managers were always here to help no matter how stupid I thought my question was.
Relatively busy. Some days more than others. Usually on client sites we were very busy and so there was a lot for me to do. Unfortunately the placement was during the quietest season of the firm and so sometimes it was hard to find work but I was always made busy at the end.
A lot of responsibility. I was speaking to clients from as early as my first job and felt like I was more like an associate rather than an intern
I have managed to apply some of the technical terms I have learnt throughout my degree to the job and vice versa
The Company
As it was a quieter time of year people were generally a lot more relaxed and cheerful! Went on a work social for which the atmosphere was great
From start to finish we were given very good support. The induction was extremely well organised too
Everything. During the induction we got the time to speak to some of the firm's partners, lessons were organised in order to learn about our industries and departments
National Travel
Company Parties/Events
Got a job with the firm already and am looking forward to starting with them after I graduate
The Culture
Yes very good, everyone socialised
Not sure as was commuting every morning (1h commute on the train)
