    The Role

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • Everyone I met from the firm was very helpful and always willing to answer questions. Small office so didn't take long to get to know everyone which was a bonus

    5/5

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?
  • Felt very welcome,

    4/5

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • Supervisors and managers were always here to help no matter how stupid I thought my question was.

    5/5

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • Relatively busy. Some days more than others. Usually on client sites we were very busy and so there was a lot for me to do. Unfortunately the placement was during the quietest season of the firm and so sometimes it was hard to find work but I was always made busy at the end.

    4/5

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • A lot of responsibility. I was speaking to clients from as early as my first job and felt like I was more like an associate rather than an intern

    5/5

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • I have managed to apply some of the technical terms I have learnt throughout my degree to the job and vice versa

  • From start to finish we were given very good support. The induction was extremely well organised too

    5/5

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
