The Role
I enjoyed parts of it, however some taks I was given were not that stimulating
I have always been thanked for the work I do. My team are very busy team so I know any support that they are given is appreciated.
There was a strong support network provided by my mentor and I was always made to feel I could ask for help and guidance. I felt that I could have been offered more support on the bigger projects that I was working on.
There were very few days where I would say that I was 'busy'. Most days I could occupy myself for most of the day however there were quite a few times where I had nothing really to do.
I was given a big project to own which I think involved a lot of repsonsibility.
I wouldn't say I gained any skills but I certainly gained new experiences and learnt about myself. The experience here will help me with my Masters degree.
The Company
People are concentrated on what they are doing. I wouldn't say it was a great atmosphere but an acceptable atmosphere to work in.
It was very organised with clear processes put in place.
I was able to shadow workshops and key meeitngs which helped me gain a good perspective of the area I want to work in.
I think it would be a great place to work in the future.
The Culture
There were weekly gatherings organised by the interns
It's quite expensive living in London so I had to really budget to do this unpaid internship. I couldn't really afford to socialise too much.
Very vibrant and trendy area.
Yes there was always a need for volunteers for different charity events
