  • Had a great summer placement, well structured and enjoyable

  • Very valued, given responsibility and projects early on which had a real impact on the business.

  • Strong support network from Graduate Team adn Line Manager

  • Good mixture of being busy with deadlines, and having quieter periods where I could take the oppotunity to explore more about the business.

  • Enough responisibilty to be challenged, without so much that I was overwhlemed.

  • A lot of time and effort was spent making our placement Constructive and Enjoyable.

  • Training and development oppotunities were presented, and it was easy to arrange others yourself

  • 11. How appealing are future employment prospects within the organisation?
  • Good Organisation though the sheer size of it can be off-putting, as can be the paralysis of progres due to the Gulf of Mexico Incident.

    The Culture

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • Good social scene based around London, although everyone was very spread out where they lived and so it was difficult to arrange big nights out.

  • 13. What was the cost of living and socialising in the area you worked in?
  • Reasonable, edge of London so cheap, but for anything good you have to go into Central London.

  • Pub practially on site was only local nightlife.

  • Good scene of extra activities at Work and particularly for Interns
