The Role
I really enjoyed my internship! All of the employees and the other interns were really friendly and it has been a great working environment.
If I ever needed help anyone in would be willing to help me and all my projects were clearly briefed.
This varied throughout my internship, and depends how much extra stuff you take on yourself.
I had management over all of my projects but none were business critical.
I have learnt so much about what I want to pursue in the future from my internship.
The Company
Really great! Very friendly and relaxed working environment.
Really well organised, there were loads of people to contact for support. There was also freedom for the interns to organise themselves too i.e in the intern fundraising.
I had many opportunities for CV, presentation skills and LinkedIn sessions. There were also many opportunities to develop experiences through shadowing and networking with other employees.

I definitely think there may be opportunities for future employment somewhere within CRUK after I graduate. There is a good Alumni pages to keep in touch with employees and future job vacancy's.
The Culture
Really great, frequent lunches and drinks after work.
very reasonable! There is both cheap and expensive places, interns would often go for drinks on a Thursday and there is discount at many bars and restaurants for CRUK employees.
Good, bars are open late.
yes there is Yoga and running club, frequent opportunities to volunteer in fundraising events.
