    • Very little guidance from my line manager and it was a struggle trying to arrange my objectives, mid and final review meetings

    • I was given chance to supervise a team of utilities subcontractor but as their work drew to a finish I was left will little to do.

    • I think with the correct line manager and guidance you I would be able to benefit further with this company and gain more knowledge for my studies. I am not disheartened by this experience as other members of the team helped me and guided me the best they could.

    • The site came to a finish at the start of September and there were site drinks. Throughout my placement events were also arrange

    • I was fortunate to live at home which was a bonus but socialising was quite expensive (it was London)
