The Role
I couldn't wish for a better first work experience.
They treated me as an equal and I also made a lifelong friendship and
They helped me whenever I needed and taught me a lot.
I had very busy days but also ones with not much work.
Full responisbility. I took over the work of a leaving collegue.
The experiences I gained will assist much not in my studies but in life and in my further jobs.
The Company
Great. They know hard work but also the time for having fun.
The assessment center was already very well-organised and then the work of the interns were continuously followed.
They taught me everything a full-time employee should know.
Sports and Social Club
Company Parties/Events
Working from home
Healthcare from home
The contract is not yet signed, it depends on my further studies but I definitely would spend some time here.
The Culture
I made a lifelong friendship and we had a friendly relionship with all the others as well.
Reasonable.
There were some parties but I live far, I couldn"t participate.
Yes, there were some like charity or sport activities.
