The Role
Enjoyed the learning experience and dynamics in the office
Valued when I gave insights that they did not have time to do
Varies supervisor to supervisor, however a large majority were willing to put in large amounts of time to improve and encourage you
I think it varied, sometimes I would have a large amount of work, sometimes had more of an opportunity to take it easy.
Differed depending on which rotation I was on, but also how far in to the internship I was.
I think it's an opportunity to grow up, which is the most important thing I went through during the internship
The Company
Having the MDs sit amongst the rest of the department I think was very important
Training could have been slightly better, however overall very well organised
Very invested in us, in developing us and giving us the best opportunity possible.
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Yet to hear back confirmation
The Culture
Really good, the interns got on very well.
London living costs and travel costs are very high, and made saving up very hard.
Office in Canary Wharf
A few, although we organised a lot of events for ourselves
