The Role
Very challenging and difficult at times as the learning curve was steep. But rewarding
Working environment is extremely encouraging and supportive whilst demanding
Firm veterans willing to give feedback and share their own career path histories/experiences.
Very busy but most of the work was self-initiated... so one could be very busy or not busy depending upon how outgoing and plugged-in one wanted to be
A solid amount of responsibility given regulation and amount of responsibility available to give. Was asked to contribute everyday and big proj/big client facing activities were the norm
Many instances in which I was challenged to get outside my comfort zone to produce meaningful work. Every aspect of communication to basic market knowledge was challenged
The Company
very upbeat and active
extremely efficient, well organized and run by HR who invest a ton of time
firmly believe and felt that the firm was invested in me 100%
would be a phenomenal place to begin my career
The Culture
very inclusive and outgoing
inclusive and fun, not expensive
lots of client facing time and interaction. many opportunities to see clients outside the normal working day
very active workforce and lots of opportunity to branch out in any group
