It was an excellent opportunity, objectives were well defined and co-operation was fantastic. The only issue was that the business case was presented on day 1 on the event. If it would have been shared a couple of weeks before then we could have had a head start and gained more information to start with.

Everyone was helpful and our opinions were accepted. During any interview or discussion people participated with full enthusiasm and tried their best to answer our doubts. Ample opportunity was given to us to exploit the information and devise relevant solutions. Apart from employees at the shop floor who were very busy , everyone else made them selves available to help us.

Guidance and help was always available , anyone we asked for help responded immediately and I personally appreciate the fact that people took time to help us within their busy office schedule. Contact points were very well defined so that minimum time was wasted in gathering information and key people from every department helped in every way possible.

I was able to apply my course knowledge in real time business , the event has been really helpful to me. Though this was a shorter format of experience but was impactful , as an MBA student this has definitely helped understand the nature of business here at UK and the targets, objectives and difficulties they have, work place culture and leadership style at Boots will help in my course and also in future.

office culture was peaceful , and people were very friendly. everyone respected each other. The diversity in employee was excellent and I feel is one of the key strengths . Male to female ratio is also very good. Everyone seemed to enjoy the work they do and that was a pleasure to watch. Even people during work at the warehouse which is a very monotonous jobs , enjoyed their work.

The most important aspect is the amount of time that the company invested in us , people helped us during their working hours and gave key insights to the organization. The warehouse and head office tour showed the size of the business they operate. Few sessions on graduate programs and few opportunities at the organization were also excellent.

The work seems exciting as well as challenging. The insight had definitely developed a keen interest within to work for the organisation if an opportunity is presented to me. The organisation has several job roles as people from every background has a change to work here. People can also change roles and grow within the company ranks easily.

Payment can be increased.

There were plenty of networking opportunities and anyone who was interested to understand and know about the company and about the job roles available could get information easily. Over the span of 2 weeks we got a chance to meet any individuals and all of them shared their experience . It was good to learn .

We were more focused on the objective given to us, so unless someone wanted to do more networking by oneself, there wasn't much of an event.
