  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • I was given hands on experience very early on which made the internship enjoyable.

  • The entire team were very respectful and professional but also always on hand to answer any questions I had.

  • I was always able to ask my superiors for advice.

  • It depended on how much work was available, some days I was extremely busy.

  • I was trusted with a lot of responsibility from senior members of staff.

  • I have successfully learnt useful valuation metrics which I will look forward to using in future. I will take the professionalism I have learnt back to university.

  • Atmosphere was very friendly

  • As the first intern in this division, I feel I had less structure in comparison to my peers in other divisions, but was still able to learn a lot.

  • Everyone was always available to explain anything that was new to me which was beneficial.

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • A few events were held for interns.

  • 13. What was the cost of living and socialising in the area you worked in?
  • Living in London is pretty expensive but that is not the fault of the organisation of course.

  • London is extremely lively so there is something to do every single day!

  • Not in terms of with colleagues, but the team were always flexible about allowing me to finish on time if I had plans.
