The Role
Variable by desk - perhaps mini rotations should occur during training week to try to match up desks better
Again variable, some desks were super-accomodating but some were more reserved
I think that at times they are looking for initiative and some people therefore seem stubbornly unwilling to offer feedback as a "test". In general however people were willing to explain
On very rare days had little to do but some too much, obviously that is what work is like but if you want to spread it out make PB optional, do more things in 2nd rotation
Where possible, responsibility was given
Teach you what you need to know to do the job which is different when coming from an academic background at this stage in life
The Company
Again variable by desk so it comes down to fit
Clearly well organised but perhaps process needs to be explained to more senior management or desk reps so they are aware what is going on
Clearly spent a lot on training etc
Hopefully will get a job but competitive
The Culture
Got on well with people in and out of office
Expensive - understandably
Expensive or student
Organised events, dinners, dragon boat, funrun etc
