The Role
It was an amazing exeperience, I couldn't imagine a more interesting summer, particularly with the market conditions.
Not by all desks, but some I had a lot of client requests to perform.
I was given a lot of support, but it is important to remember that the market was mental, so I didn't get as much as attention as I should have had it been a different summer.
Usually really busy, sometimes I was running around with too much to do.
One of my desks I was given very big responsibilities.
I've definitely learnt alot this summer and I can't imagine learning what I have anywhere else.
The Company
Very fun, I loved the atmosphere.
Excellent organisation so that all of the interns were constantly busy.
I really want a career with this organisation. I've thoroughly enjoyed myself here.
The Culture
We always had social events every week so was a great opportunity to network.
Canary wharf, so slightly more on the expensive side.
There were a few bars, but no clubs as such.
Not that I know of, we usually had social events outside of work.
