The Role
Loved the year, got given so much responsibility and opportunity to learn and develop.
Always felt like a valued team member never felt like my opinion was any less valuable than a full time colleague.
Always had the support and guidance I needed, my line manager had been through a grad scheme and knew how to guide me to have the best year.
Always had plenty to do and if I didn't work was readily available for me.
Given accountability for my own work, taking ownership of my own pieces of work within the teams I worked in.
Softer skills and approach to work have been the most valuable developments with respect to my degree and future career as well as technical knowledge that will help me in future endeavors.
The Company
Friendly atmosphere, relaxed and felt trusted to get on with your own work.
Had a clear starting point with flexibility to pursue any areas of interest to help with my development and learning.
Many hours of training and support to help me get the most out of the year.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Working from home
Loved the year, want to come back on the grad scheme.
The Culture
20+ in the cohort creating a great environment at year in industry events.
Standard prices for a city nothing extortionate.
Nottingham has some great spots for fun in the evening.
Always something happening beyond the 9-5.
