  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • it's a great chance to experience big cooperate organization atmosphere. A chance where i learnt to interact with people from different departments which coordinate different duties from different position.

    • people were happy to listen to my ideas but we lack of deep talk in regards to the plausibility of these ideas.

    • we received help and assistance from different departments to help solve one business challenge that's to increase the promotion/ audience of the loyalty card

  • 4. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and information you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?

    • it's relevant to my studies but i didn't find too much opportunity to apply what i knew and learnt to solve this challenge primarily due to the group being too large, marginalizing one's input.

    • the insight could have improved by giving us prior information regarding the nature of the challenge.

    • i got to speak to someone who has the same academic background as me and we shared some career insights. And it was arranged purposely by the manager who knows we would like to have a meeting with such person. so I am grateful for that.

    • we didn't spend long enough and it wasn't really office work. our flexibility is too high to discuss it on the ground of full time role
