    • You were in essence dropped in the deep end however there was always someone to ask questions and guide you through

    • you were treated as an equal member fo the team thus had equal responsibility

    • Depends on the department, mone didnt spend that much time as i was only there a while however other interns noted that they were given the same level of training as the grads.
