The Role
There was a huge diverse range of work from self study to group work projects. Very enjoyable.
Everyone in the company made the interns feel at home and were willing to help in anyway possible.
Managers and HR Staff were all brilliant. They offered help even at the busiest of times!
The workload varied depending on what you were working on. The certification courses were long hours and hard work more than the projects themselves.
I was given a project to work on solely on my own and work out how I would approach this to obtain my objectives.
The placement was specific to ITMB students and therefore the work in the placement reflected useful skills in my degree.
The Company
The atmosphere in the office was nice and relaxed to go with the enviornment of the whole surroudings and setting.
Placement was a wel structured 6 week placement. The timetable of events was given to us on the first day.
Company said they invested £10,000 in each applicant so they certainly valued the scheme!
A graduate scheme does exist but advertises late on in the year.
The Culture
Social aspect was great all the interns got on really well both in and out of work!
Living is quite expensive as Marlow is an up market area!
Not much in the way of nightclubs a quiet village with a few pubs!
Yes! The grounds of the office are huge and are always open for you to go and take family members etc if you wish. A yearly weekend event they hold a fun weekend which is held during the internship so you get invited along!
