    The Role

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • I enjoyed my placement immensely. It was an eye opener in how much opportunity there was at SAS and the amount they invest in their people and company reputation. I feel the experience I gained here could not have been found anywhere else. Not only that but the network I built is truly tremendous and will benefit me in the future. Being an intern I was treated the same way as permanent employees and even gained a certification being there which will help me when I finish university.I enjoyed my placement immensely. • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?
  • Everyone at SAS has an approachable demeanor. They value each of their staff and treat everyone the same. At first you seem like a celebrity, so many people want to find out what you do and what you want to do in the future. This is beneficial because you eventually find someone in the same field which would aid your career opportunity.
