  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • I really loved the environment

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?
  • I was working in the marketing department and they treated me as one of them and everyone made sure I did not feel out of place of helpless.

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • My supervisor was really helpful. If I had any queries or felt uncomfortable doing a certain project I could easily approach her and she would help me out.

  • There were days full of trainings and the others were doing my project at my own pace.

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • Responsibility was fairly balanced. It wasn't too much neither was it too less.

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • I'm going to be using my skills to do my dissertation

    The Company

  • 7. What was the general atmosphere in your office?
  • The department I was working was very balanced. Everyone used to work throughout the week and then on a Friday we would have a little chilled gathering for an hour ish.

  • In the beginning it was a bit confusing to what I was doing exactly but slowly it came together

  • The expensive trainings were really worth it!

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • Everyone was really friendly .

  • 13. What was the cost of living and socialising in the area you worked in?
  • Accommodation and travel expenses were mostly paid by the company for me and a fellow intern student.

  • 14. What was the Nightlife like in the area you worked?
  • To be honest when in a working job, its very hard to actually go out on the weekends so I usually just chilled at home

  • 15. Were there many opportunities to get involved in activities outside of work?
  • there was a summer fun day and we even had the chance to go to the annual company meeting
