The Role
I have enjoyed most of my assigments. I do not appreciate all the emphasize put on networking and 'putting your face out there'.
First rotation was the best and was told that I added great value. Secon rotation was so-so, but I know I added value. Final - n/a.
I could have used more guidance - most was based on putting yourself out there and being seen.
It has been varying a lot. Depends on the desk and presentations.
As already mentioned it depends on the different desks.
Amazing insight into a different world. Great knowledge acquired.
The Company
Again - different from desk to desk.
Close to perfect. My last rotation was not my priority.
A lot of effort is put into our development.
Company Parties/Events
I haven't made up my mind yet.
The Culture
Bright young people. Being a foreigner I have felt a bit left behind - but that is more a matter of taking the initiative myself.
Apartments in central london are ridicolous expensive.
Nice bars with beer friday evening.
Some football and parties.
