    The Role

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • Pearson is a fantastic organistaion to work for with a fantastic vision. The staff are friendly and supportive. There is much emphasis on taking inative and managers support you to do somehting that you would like you to do so long as there is business benefit. The company is quite active in being at the forefront of technology and they have embraced technological change even though one of its primary business area is publishing which has been hard hit in recent times due to technology.

    • I had exposure to programnme management at a top level, understanding the operational process in detail, observing how collegaues, record, track, moniter and control projects to ensure they are completed on time and on budget.
