The Role
I was delighted to work with the best team in Savills; VALUATIONS. With Craig as the team director, it felt like heaven. I was treated as a proper employee as opposed to a temp.
Right from day one, I assumed very challenging roles. This reassured me that my colleagues have every confidence in me.
Help and support was always just a seat away. Right from senior management to graduates, their readiness to ensure that I was never at sea was absolute phenomenal.
I always arrived at work filled with excitement because I knew there was always something new to learn. I was so engrossed with my work that home time wasn't something I looked forward to.
I loved it when my mentors briefed me each day on different tasks to be completed and just left me to get on with it. This shows how much confidence they had in me. I did not let them down.
Savills is a way of life. When you're there, it's like handling live wires. Everything is real. We work with our clients to satisfy their needs better than all our competitors out there. So, even a day at savills equips you with priceless skills for life.
The Company
Every member of the team matters at Savills. It was hard to distinguish senior directors from associates and graduate trainees. We all worked together and had fun as one big family.
Professionalism is something you can always associate with Savills. The graduate team does a great job. Trainees are fully integrated with permanent staff to the highest level that anyone could expect.
I was given training in all the different software systems that I needed to work efficiently at the Valuations department. Allowing me to deal with clients directly developed my leadership ability and skills a lot.

My director Craig mentioned his plans to have a word with the HR team and take me on for another month. How amazing is that!
The Culture
Without an iota of doubt. We also had numerous opportunity to meet up for drinks.
It was manageable. Given that my location was right in the centre of London, the cost of living wasn't far from what I anticipated.
Oxford Circus never sleeps.
Uncountable.
