The Role
The company have a lot of projects, where almost everyone can find that fits them, and i enjoy the business related not so dry parts too, but it needs some learning about it, but it is interesting to think out of the box.
The groups always make interpersonal tests too, and they search people who fits in it, so if you are in, you will probably like them.
Everytime i ask for i get an answer, sometimes with a little delay, when they are having meetings.
There are harder days and easier too.
There are a lot of standards to follow, so nobody can make an unwanted issue too easy, but this is a good thing in this place.
There are a lot of in-house trainings which you can sign on, and the company has an easy to use online learning page too. I have learned a new scripting language 2 month ago on a training, and i have language lessons too which is very good i think.
The Company
Good, but not disturbing, climatized, with good equipments and machines.
We know what we signed for, there are no tricks, we have HR catch-ups, and other events like brainstormings, we have to hold a presentation about what we have done here, it is fun.
There are a lot of events and groups for it, just need to join them.
Flexi Time
Company Parties/Events
Working from home
They have a graduation program, which is a good start i think, and i am extending my internship period too now.
The Culture
There was a good social scene amongst a fellow student and a colleague too.
It depends. The socialising is easy, we call it "networking", you can speak with everyone like they are your friends.
Sometimes boring, sometimes awesome.
A lot of events, for example the interns have going out events almost every week, and then our groups have too, but we have bigger, office wide events too, like movie watching, game night, and so on. We are participating in charity events too.
