The Role
Fantastic opportunity - before starting I thought I would be making teas for 10 weeks, however I had real projects from day 1 and was able to make a real difference
Despite it only being 10 weeks in length - I really was made to feel welcome and part of the Tesco Team
Programme Managers were fab - great development days - lots of training
Good balance of work - and really felt part of the team
I owned the end to end project (with consult and guidance)
I will take what I have learn back into my studies and beyond! I have a lot more confidence and loved the opportunity and challenge
The Company
Despite the recent restructures in the business - morale was high.
Programme managers on hand at every step, buddy in my team, Line Manager - I couldnt have fel tmore supported

The Culture
We had a social rep who organised regular get tougethers. In addition to that - alot of team events and lunches Great socialable environment
Standard
Hertford is great night out as is St Albans Londons just a train journey away
Lots of social opportunities
