  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • It's been fantastic - a great experience, motivating atmosphere and a lot of learning involved!

    • Team work has been of highest standard and people are Softwire's biggest asset.

    • A lot of learning opportunities, good supervision and often feedback in all areas of work life.

    • Always had good things to do, but work was never overwhelming. A very relaxed and honest atmosphere around the work-life balance!

    • The project was very much a team effort and many decisions came from interns, especially as time went on.

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?

    • I felt a big improvement in my coding abilities, but even more so in the understanding of underlying technologies and how to start a project of my own. I'm really looking forward to using what I've learned here in the future.

    • We formed a good group, both in and out of work.

    • London is very expensive, but the company subsidised many events and outings!
