Inclusion & Diversity at Baxter
Baxter believes a diverse and inclusive workplace can drive innovation, create trusted partnerships and contribute to the success and sustainability of the business. This thinking forms the foundation of Baxter's global inclusion strategy, a commitment to recruit and retain a diverse workforce, and be inclusive in our interactions with all our stakeholders.
Baxter is proud to host many Business Resource Groups (BRGs) across the organisation, which support our Top Quartile Goal to advance Inclusion & Diversity in the workplace.
Our BRGs are employee-run affinity groups that support the recruitment, retention, engagement and development of diverse employees across Baxter, and provide a forum for employees to enhance personal growth and multicultural understanding.
In the UK, we have and Inclusion & Diversity Council which oversees all I&D initiatives happening across the organisation. Additionally, we have two BRGs: The Baxter Women Leaders (BWL) and The Early Career Professionals (ECP) groups. The former is dedicated to projects around the support of women in the workplace and advancement of women into leadership role, and the latter lead projects around developing young careers professionals and making Baxter an attractive place for them to advance their careers.
