About Focusrite
Doing a 12-month placement at Focusrite is like becoming one of the family. A rapidly growing, global family. We’re focused on providing opportunities for everyone and anyone to enjoy creating music.
Our placements are very popular, and that’s mainly because you can really get stuck in during your year with us. We don’t ask you to answer the phones and do the photocopying. We want you to help develop our products, market our brands, speak to our customers and make us better. A lot of people who joined us on previous placements are now full-time employees. We’re all about innovation, fresh thinking and creating awesome music making experiences for our customers.
All placements last for 12-months. We pay you £19k per year (£21.5k for London-based roles), and you get to share in some of the same benefits as our permanent employees; an employee purchase scheme, health insurance, generous holiday entitlement and free breakfast/lunch in the canteen at Focusrite HQ.
Our eight brands are Focusrite, Focusrite Pro, Novation, ADAM Audio, Sequential, Martin Audio, Optimal Audio and Ampify Music. They come together around a common mission to remove barriers to creativity.

About Covid: We’re slowly returning to normality and have implemented hybrid working across the group, so most of us are mixing office and home-based remote working at present. Most interviews are taking place on Zoom, but we will monitor the situation moving forward. In the future, we want to try our best to maintain flexibility in working from home where possible.
