Our story. Discover how you can help write the next chapter.
Enterprise started life as a small business. Now it’s one of the largest “small” businesses in the world, with 10,000+ branches globally, an annual turnover of more than $22.3 billion and the biggest rental car fleet on the planet.
What is it that drives our ongoing success? Without doubt, it’s our people. From our senior leaders to our apprentices, we give everyone the freedom to explore their potential, and the opportunities they need to rise to new challenges and take their skills to the next level – because their growth is what makes our growth possible.
Nowhere is this philosophy better illustrated than in our approach to internships and graduate careers. When people join us as summer interns, on a one-year industrial placement or on our award-winning Graduate Management Training Programme, we empower them to start contributing right from the word go. It helps that we are divided up into thousands of smaller, local branches, so our graduates can gain experience of running their own business in as little as two years.
The other great thing about Enterprise is that we’re still in private family ownership. This allows us to look forward even more confidently to the future, providing the stability we need to pursue long-term good for our customers, our business and our employees. Join us on an internship, and you'll be one of the new generation helping us write the next chapter of our success story.
