Virtual Careers Events for All Students

Alt Text!

Out of the 10,000+ students who attended last year’s virtual events, a flabbergasting 97% said they would attend again in the future.

So, we’ve been busy curating SEVEN brand new virtual events to help you kickstart your career in 2021/22 – pandemic or no pandemic.

Our events are open to ALL students and are 100% virtual, so no matter who you are or what you study, you can join from home, at your kitchen table, in your pyjamas.

Spaces are limited, so sign up NOW to avoid missing out.

The events

Each event will include oodles of opportunities to get to know employers through presentations with Q&As, 1-2-1 conversations, competitions and more.

Industry events

Meet and interact with the UK’s best employers in your chosen industry, and discover what work experience and graduate opportunities are available to you in 2021/22.

Diversity and inclusion events

Open to one and all, these events are an opportunity to connect with employers who have a real commitment to diversity & inclusion.

Why attend?

Unlike Zoom pub quizzes and Painting by Numbers, virtual careers events are not just a COVID fad. In fact, many of the best student employers look set to continue using them as a way of meeting potential candidates.

Here are THREE more reasons why you should attend:

1. Get exclusive employer insights

As well as hearing from inspirational speakers who have been in your position, you’ll get insider application and career advice from employers that you won’t find anywhere else.

Live presentations throughout the day will also give you a better idea of what it’s like to work for each employer, as well as how they support students.

2. Choose how you want to interact

It can feel daunting to walk into a room full of employers, and have to speak to each one face-to-face. But at a virtual event, it’s down to YOU how you want to interact with them.

Aside from 1-2-1 conversations, you can get instant answers to your questions via the chat box, watch employer presentations, or take part in live polls and competitions.

3. Save time

Careers fairs tend to be quite time-consuming. You can spend hours navigating the labyrinth of booths, waiting in line to speak to employers…

The beauty of virtual events is that you can connect with 100s of employers, at the click of a button. All you need is a decent WiFi connection.

“It really did feel like you were walking round a real-life careers fair the way you organised the booths, but also gave us a lot of time to ask employers questions. The event has changed the way I’m thinking of my future career and inspired me with opportunities I hadn’t even considered before attending!”
