The Role
Hard working, fast paced environment but if you thrive on it, you will get a lot back from the job.
Excellent, warm & welcoming team. All departments easy to get on with.
Good one-to-one help, however the smallish nature of the company means staffing can be stretched at times. Overall though, provided the essentials to train and improve.
Realistic expectations of an undergraduate, putting in extra hours does get appreciated where it is required.
Enough to be forced to learn but not too much that it can put you out of your depth.
Feel much more confident about going into the real working world. More of a proper job than a placement, which is definitely good for career prospects.
The Company
Great banter, sometimes stressful with workload but as to be expected in any business.
Company well practiced in training students.
Paid all RICS membership and course training fees, cant ask anymore!
Hopefully a good chance of a job if the work is there.
The Culture
Few other students but not much chance to work together.
Not an expensive area compared to a city.
Never went out in the area.
Social events/ evening activities going on regularly
