  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • I cam with no experience and enjoyed what I learnt. It has encouraged me to study mechanical engineering.

  • Valued and treated as an engineer.

  • Quite a lot but not every day. They usually answered questions when I asked though.

  • During the core of the placement I was very busy. At the start and end i had less to do.

  • A lot, I was given my own project.

  • I can use them in any further job applications or interviews. It has made me more confident dealing with people and being put on the spot to answer questions.

  • Work quite hard.

  • I felt every student had very different work which just depended on their manager.

  • Allowed me on training courses and to meetings.

  • I would definitely consider a job here in the future.

  • The students were close and enjoyed nights out together.

  • Very cheap

  • I never went but I heard it was ok.

  • 15. Were there many opportunities to get involved in activities outside of work?
  • There were sports clubs and other social clubs however I did not join any work related one. I joined the Town rugby club however and played for them.
