  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • The work was sometimes challenging, as a law career will be, but I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and I feel it was a good insight to life as a trainee with Pinsent Masons.

  • What I have learned over the past two weeks will, I believe, assist me more if I have another vacation scheme or training contract in the future rather than my studies directly.

  • Very well organised and there was always tasks given to me by my supervisor to keep me busy. The social events had been well thought through and we all thoroughly enjoyed them.

  • 11. How appealing are future employment prospects within the organisation?
  • The vacation scheme included an interview and other exercises where we were assessed for a training contract.

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • Very well organised social events and the other vac scheme students were lovely.

  • 14. What was the Nightlife like in the area you worked?
  • Didn't have time for night life, but as I am a student here, the night life in Birmingham is good.

  • 15. Were there many opportunities to get involved in activities outside of work?
  • As well as the social events organised for us, I was involved in a Birmingham netball tournament for trainee solicitors where I represented Pinsent Masons.
