  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • it has been very beneficial, however not so much enjoyable, been very hard

    • everyone is competing for sales in the branch so people tend not to value eachother, see eachother more as competition

    • the branch was so busy i was chucked in the deep end, very little time for training or time to go through things

    • barely got time to think from the moment i start in the mornings until the moment of leaving in the late eve

    • adequate amount to begin but then as i got more advanced the work load/stayed the same

    • invaluable skills learnt throughout the year, developed massively as a person as well as my business skills

    • loved the people i worked with ! all young graduates! very fun

    • good structure but not alot of training throughout the year

    • after working hard with them for a year it is very likely to be able to go back and have a job , in theory that it the plan!
