The Role
Really enjoyable and insightful to the Trade Marketing/Category Management world of FMCG sector.
Very friendly, welcoming and helpful, which led to high amount of personal development skills over the year.
One on ones were scheduled every week to keep on top of my development and address any problems i may be having.
Very busy, working in a fast moving and dynamic enviroment, had to be very organised and hardworking.
Given the team is small, I was given a high amount of responsibility for my role and took on managerial reports throughout the year in busy times.
Excellent teamwork, communication, self-motivation, analytical and business skills.

During the sale of Onken the atmosphere was poor as many redundancies were made
Good inductions with all aspects of the business and team.
