The Role
The people were friendly and helpful, the work was fun, challenging and rewarding
The NPD team were always appreciative of the work I did and treated me as an ordinary colleague.
I was always given support to help me achieve my objectives.
A flexi time system was put in place during the year I worked there, so working over time meant I would be rewarded with time off, this was very appreciated!
I was given a good deal of responsibilit
Aftr working with them . I was able to answer questions much better as I already had a good understanding of terminology etc. I have worked with people since that have come straight out of uni not having done a placement and I must say the difference in how that person settles in and the quality of their work is very obvious
The Company
The office is open plan therefore you get to know a variety of different people which definitely helps to boost confidence.
My placement was very structured
I was included in many in house training sessions such as cake decorating and baking ingredients workshops.
Flexi Time
Sports and Social Club
National Travel
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
they are definitely willing to keep you on if you prove to be a good worker
The Culture
didn't get much opportunity to spend a lot of time together.
I was able to live at home throughout my placement so this didn't affect me too much.
a very good nightlife
We had a great Christmas party
