The Role
This placement has been very fuflfilling and challenging and has exceeded my expectations
Gist operate a One Gist culture which sees that everyone and every department gets involved and looks out for one another. This has made it easier for me to transfer from the warehouse to transport.
The support in Head office as well as Crewe has been really good.
I work long hours but I am led to believe that is the nature of the industry, I never have a dull moment
I have been given an enormous amount of responsibility which has been a pleasant suprise and this had made me feel truly valued
