  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • The firm invested a lot of time in teaching summer vacation students about the work of trainee solicitors and providing an insight into this. The practice negotiation was supervised by trainee's who gave feedback on individual skills and suggested areas for improvement. The practice client meeting was with partners who took their time to listen to the presentations and provide feedback on presentation skills and areas for development. They also asked questions in order to develop communication skills and provide an insight into the relationship between solicitor and client.
