The Role
The scale of oppurtunity within this placement is massive, you are able to deal with the chairman, CEO and any other position you need to, regardless or being a placement student. You are treated as a graduate not a placement student so will complete 12 months of a grad scheme
Everyone is willing to help when ever you ask
Everyone is willing to help
The work came in peaks and tofs at the beginning, but when the projects get going, then the work load got a lot more intense
I was able to sub test lead my own section of a multi-million pound project
It was up to you how much you want to develop your skills, you can ask for guidance or have it spoon fed
The Company
The general atmosphere was great, it had its low moments when the government budget for education affected staff jobs etc
You were treated as a graduate, so you completed 12 months of the 18month graduate scheme
Working from home
As it currently stands the company is a perfect opportunity to return
The Culture
Graduated all socialise outside of work and it is promoted by the company
You do not get the salary of working in london but the prices are still the same as London
Oxford isn't known for its raving party nightlife, but it has some good spots
