About You
I really enjoyed insight, it was a fantastic opportunity to get to know the organisation and get a feel for how they run things.
I felt like the company really wanted us to be there and were doing their best to persuade us to go on to do the LDP.
Plenty of support in the first week, with a lot on personal development which I enjoyed.
They will certainly help with applications, presentations, interviews and confidence for future endeavours.
The Company
Clearly structured
Really good, the fact that was residential meant there was plenty of opportunity to interact with other candidates and all of the members of staff and speakers were extremely willing to answer any questions and share their wisdom.
They invested a lot of time and money on the candidates.
Really useful, the combination of a week of talks and development with a week in school followed by a day to round everything up gave a good insight.
Really helpful
It really made me want to work for the organisation and made me excited about what they are working towards and a future working with them.

Plenty of opportunities
Good, people were around during the programme to chat to and there were a few drinks events.
