Overview
Got to meet other students who shared the same passion in teaching. Networked and learnt about the teaching sector and how to be a good teacher. Learnt about TeachFirst's values which really aligned with my own. Created a presentation and presented it. Worked with others for the debate section which was really nice.
Skills
I developed on my presentating, organising and communication skills. Learnt a lot more on self-reflection and empathy.
Business Insight
It was really useful, as it was a taster to the programme, it gave me a good idea of what this programme would entail, and some key skills I would develop when taking part.
