Overview
Hear talks from experienced teachers who have completed the programme. Deliver mini lessons and give feedback. Development sessions to examine and critical analyse employability skills.
Skills
Learnt to hone in on core skills, particularly leadership and planning and organising.
Business Insight
Really opened my eyes to how the programme works, how to apply. Hearing different stories about experiences within schools and then looking at career progression post teaching was really interesting too.
Culture
Good atmosphere, very approachable and had ample opportunity to ask any questions. Really good way to network with professionals too and other students.
