About You
Not a boring office job! The school experience can differ depending on your allocated school but overal good fun
They primarily recruit graduates so we were aware that we were potentially core future employees
Again, depends on host school. Overal it was good.
I learned how to plan a lesson which is very useful.
The Company
A lot of structure, first week is very planned, second week dependent on school but tends to be well organised
Met some great people
I learned a lot about myself!
Lots of talks about this, some could go on a bit but I understand the necessity of reiteration
I fully understand the vision
Showed me clearly one route into teaching
Everything Else
Not reimbursed for travel but paid £50 per day
Lots of them
Good at introducing and giving time to chat
Outside of work? Does that exist?!
Great fun experience and learned a lot. If you are considering teaching then go for it!
