  • It's so enjoyable and rewarding!

  • I feel highly valued as the company is always trying to hear what we think about the company and how the company can improve itself.

  • A lot. Especially during work shadowing my mentor even gave me advise on cv/converting letter and how to become better applicant to the FCA

  • I definitely have known much more about the FCA and what do I need to do in order to make myself more employable in the future

  • Very well. Very good mix of networking and lecturing. It starts not too early and ends at 5.

  • Very lively environment, a lot of intelligent discussion going on

  • A lot. The FCA taught me from interview skills to giving me a lot of precious contacts

  • Very much, but the work shadowing is quite short so I wouldn't have a very complete picture

  • By networking and work shadowing, I got to feel their culture.

  • Very much. My mentor even gave me publications of the FCA so that I really know what they are doing

  • A lot. And I got to meet ppl from all different departments of the firm

  • Well organized, we can take turns to ask different people questions

  • Voluntary work. And interest groups such as Basketball club

  • Definitely as it gives a perfect overview of the financial regulation sector
