    2/5

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • As above, initial training was very slow and never really felt in the know, was neglected and left to listen to other callers, who the majority of the time were doing very little calling.

    1/5

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • quite busy as expected to make 180-200 calls and be on the phone for 220 minutes approx.

    2/5

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • no repsonsibility given or offered ! could have been becuase wasnt the highest performer but am a degree student and a placement year is not designed to be spent on the phone continuously as how will this help development and learn real business skills.

    1/5

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • i learnt few skills as had done work on phones before. helping very little with my degree, but i feel will benefit very slightly in the work place, simply through having to be professional and being in a sales and targeted environment.

    2/5
