    The Role

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • You do the same thing day in day, out. If you are good at what you do there is no chance whatsoever of progression off of the phones.

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • Was promised the world however after a maximum of 2 weeks management would forget you even existed and would have dropped the training scheme.

    1/5

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • You have to make ridiculous KPI's day in day out which are boring!

  • 8. How well organised was the overall work placement or internship set up?
  • Hideously! It is not a placement scheme, it is just a normal position which is in no way catered for a student carrying out a work placement.

    1/5

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • Quantum will only invest in you when they see that it is beneficial for the organisation. No form of personal development whatsoever.

    4/5

  • 13. What was the cost of living and socialising in the area you worked in?
  • Reading isn't as expensive as the likes of London, but isn't by any means cheap.
