    • I and everyone else taking part felt extremely valued by the FCA and all the facilitators of the FCA insight day.

    • The insight was very well structured, every facilitator and each workshop taught me a different skill needed to succeeded not only at the FCA but any organisation.

    • There was not only a specific networking session but opportunities to meet employees of the FCA were organised for us throughout the insight day.
