  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
  • I thoroughly enjoyed the insight day. Very interactive and engaging.

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued during your time at the company or firm?
  • The fact that the company set aside an event for those from different background and various conditions to have a better understanding; I am very appreciative.

  • 3. How much guidance/support did you receive during the insight?
  • No work was actually carried out so in that sense no guidance/support was received. However, if questions were asked or any queries were to be address the FCA would ensure that they were answered in detail.

  • 4. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and information you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • This insight day has definitely enhanced my understanding of the FCA as a whole. It will also assist me in my application process as I am better equipped to succeed in process. Having questions asked such as how to answer competency questions was address on the day which is very helpful. Additionally, the presentation pack will also help.

  • The insight was well structured. The day was broken up into different sections, giving attendees a chance to assimilate the information provided.

  • Great atmosphere, really engaging and detailed presentations throughout the day.

  • Employees within different divisions of the FCA provided an insight on their day-to-day work which provided an idea of what a full time role within the FCA would be like.

  • Most certainly, Having the graduate panel shed light on their experiences with the FCA and how much they feel a part of the FCA; provided an insight into the culture.

  • Very valuable as it confirmed my zeal to help individuals and be part of an organisation that is an advocate of that.

  • I was not paid or reimbursed expenses


  • 12. Were there opportunities for networking and meeting other employees of the company or firm?
  • Yes, But in terms of networking it was very limiting as there were many attendees in comparison to employees as the FCA.

  • It was carried out over a light, yet tasty lunch provided by the FCA,

  • The graduate panel provided information about the work life balance. So not necessarily what the FCA provide but activities they undertake themselves.
