    • I really enjoyed my experience.

    • I thought the support was excellent, with fantastic connection to graduates currently taking part in the program.

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?

    • The structure was clear from the introduction and schedule was kept roughly on track.

    • I thought that the atmosphere was very open and positive.

  • 7. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?

    • They gave us a whole day of events and training exercises so I feel that the FCA invested a lot in us.

    • I think it gave you an excellent insight into what a role in the company would be like. I think that it would be very inclusive and that they would invest a lot in developing me as a professional and an individual.

    • I think that the availability of the graduates meant that I could inspect the culture of the FCA and ask the questions that were important to me.

    • I think that the case study session ad the interview techniques will be very valuable in the future.

    • To my knowledge I was not reimbursed for my expenses.

    • The lunch and the panel session meant that there was plenty of time to network.

    • I thought they were very positive.

    • This was not really discussed, however it was only a day and so time was very limited.
