  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • Everyday is very different and you neve know what to expect, which what I enjoy.

    • We are a small team in the UK, so was valid as a team memeber

    • If I ever needed advice or help I knew I could go to my manager or other team memebers

    • It all depends on other departments.

    • This incresed the more I was in the company.

    • This was a fairly new topic to me, which will be very useful for my final year and time in the food industry.

    • Fun, lively, chatty but still hard working

    • It all depands on what you want to achieve on placement and the company was always willing to try and fulfill this

    • As its an International Company, its was company policy werent allowed to travel etc.

    • I would love to work in flavour industry, just not in the location I was in for my placement.

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?

    • I was on placement with somebody I knew already, and the people at IFF are very welcoming

    • The rent wassplit which made it cheaper

    • There are a few pubs and thats it!

    • We went drinking a few time with work and there is badminton and football
