    • Fantastic two weeks; would definitely recommend.

    • Everyone was made to feel welcome and were persuaded to do the full 2 year programme.

    • Consistent support from the whole network at every step; never left on your own.

    • Gave every participant an understanding of whether this was the career path that was right for them.

    • Very well structured, almost seamless.

    • Had a great time, everyone was kind and welcoming.

    • Completely invested as they were keen for us to apply for the full programme.

    • Gave a complete insight into the 6 week training (first week) and school experience (second week), as much as realistically possible.

    • Very aware as to the company ethos; even more so than before. The culture is exactly as expected and as they advertise.

    • Gave an excellent insight into the programme, as much as possible in two weeks.

    Everything Else

  • 11. Were you paid or reimbursed adequately for this experience?

    • We were all well paid and provided with accommodation at no cost.

  • 12. Were there opportunities for networking and meeting other employees of the company or firm?

    • The vast majority of the people we worked with were in the company and/or had taken part in the programme. There were plenty of opportunities to ask questions and network.

  • 13. How were the networking/ social event opportunities?

    • Constantly meeting members of the company and ambassadors of the programme. Also, being a residential experience, it was great for socialising with other insight participants

    • Given some information; it is clear there is a lot available.
